Blood tests will determine if your support will be Cardiac, Thyroid, or Ovarian driven. Optional testing includes a urine test to assess hormone balance, heart sound recorder screens, and athletic performance testing such as gait analysis and functional screening. Perimenopause and Menopause are different for every woman; we support you as an individual

Personal Focus


Energy, mobility, alignment, muscle tonicity, joint pain, and injury cannot be assessed from a chair or through a screen. Our approach is built on connection and understanding of the skeleton, muscular system, lymphatic system, nervous system, and fascial meridians. Six in-person appointments are included as part of the initial 90-day program.

Continuously available communication for your questions, concerns AND your successes and proud moments! Messaging available through your exercise activity application directly to your coach (Jeff) so that you are always connected and NEVER left in the dark. Information and education are major keys to success…all of your questions answered RIGHT AWAY!
